Penola SA main street. A great little town with a great golf course and very friendly members. This is in Coonawarra wine region. Loved this place.
Mary McKillop's school house
Petticoat Lane was named due to all the petticoats that hung on the lines due to so many girls living in the street. Some lovely old restored cottages are located here,
A nice little step back in time.
Gammon Cottage. They sired something like 18 children in this two bed cottage. But of course they moved out to work young so not too cramped, but still??
Following are some of the great old buildings around Penola.
